Pioneer is going to launch two new accessories for its car radios - a satellite radio tuner and an adapter to listen to music from the Apple iPod audio players.

The satellite radio tuner will cost about $120 and will be launched this month.

The adapter for Apple's iPods will be available in March and retail for about $140. It will enable users to play songs from their iPod on their car stereo and to scroll through their playlist by using the stereo's front panel controls. It will also charge the battery of the Apple iPod.
