BurnOutPC has reviewed a Dr.Thermal Ti V86N Socket a cooler :
had two words after reviewing this cooler in my mind: Wow and Ouch.

This cooler performed amazingly. I honestly could not believe the temperatures, but both the Compunurse and the PC Alert CPU temp were within a degree of each other. This coolers performance is top notch and I was quite pleased with it.

I did not like the sound of the fan on this cooler. If I had to listen to that sound constantly, I’d fear for my ears safety. The sound is the only thing that prevents me from wanting to use this cooler in my system every day. Because of this noise, I mounted a temperature sensing fan from a Coolermaster heat sink, too see how well the cooler worked with a lower RPM fan. The performance was not as good, but the performance was great
