ProMOS will produce DRAM using Hynix’s 90nm stack technology at its 12-inch fab in Taichung, Taiwan, by the end of this year, ProMOS said in a press release. ProMOS plans to allocate less than 50% of its fab capacity to Hynix.Read more at DigiTimes
The two companies will also undertake future joint development activities, according to the press statement. That may include co-developing 65nm technology, as indicated by ML Chen, president of ProMOS, during a December 13 press conference
