ThinkSecret.com publisher to be defended free of charge

Terry Gross, a lawyer specialized in freedom of speech and the internet, said he will defend Nicholas Ciarelli free of charge.

The 19-year-old publisher of ThinkSecret.com is sued by Apple over an article that revealed trade secrets about an upcoming Apple computer.
