NVIDIA GeForce 196.34 beta fixes overclocking bug

NVIDIA released the GeForce 196.34 beta drivers, this new release fixes the overclocking bug found in the GeForce 196.21 WHQL driver. Other than that there appear to be no new features, you can download it over here.
Fixed a bug with v196.21 that prohibited GPU overclocking.
