Club3D reveals Radeon HD 5800 Overclocked Edition cards

Club3D has introduced overclocked editions of its Radeon HD 5850 and Radeon HD 5870 graphics cards. The Radeon HD 5870 Overclocked Edition features a 875MHz GPU and 1GB GDDR5 memory clocked at 4900MHz, which are relatively modest overclocks vs the reference model's 850MHz and 4800MHz. The overclocked Radeon HD 5850 is clocked at 760MHz with 1GB GDDR5 at 4200MHz, also relatively small overclocks vs the standard 725MHz and 4000MHz. The Club3D Radeon HD 5870 Overclocked Edition will retail for 439EUR ($594), while the Radeon HD 5850 Overclocked Edition should be available for 329EUR ($445).

Club 3D Radeon HD 5870 Overclocked Edtion is available with 1024MB ultra fast GDDR5 memory and clocked with 875MHz core speed and 4900MHz memory speed and use 1600 stream processors, while Club 3D Radeon HD 5850 Overclocked Edition uses 760MHz core speed and 4200MHz memory speed GDDR5 technology with 1440 stream processors.

Club 3D Radeon HD 5800 Overclocked Edition is equipped with a 4-Heatpipe custom cooling design and customers can expect an ultra quiet 90mm fan with low fan speed in idle mode and 10% lower temperatures in demanding applications or games compared to standard reference design.
