ICQ 5 released - new VoIP messaging

ICQ today released version 5 of its popular messaging service, offering users a few new features including Push2Talk and improved video messaging.

The Push2Talk feature uses VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) to enable people to speak to one another via the web just as with a two-way radio.
ICQ 5 also sports new customization options and core improvements that enable dual screen support, full screen games support, and an option to change a classic ICQ behavior by using the Enter key to send messages.
