NVIDIA published a video that demonstrates the GPU-accelerated Internet Explorer 9 experience. On the left is a standard notebook and on the right is an NVIDIA ION system, both systems are running IE9, but it's a bit weird that NVIDIA chose to disable some of Windows 7's graphical effects on the ION system.

Microsoft just released their Internet Explorer 9 Platform Preview. Here, Chris Pederson shows what the IE9 experience will look like with GPU-accelerated HTML5, JavaScript, and Direct 2D technology.

Can't produce a mobile chip that has DX11 unlike AMD) but you can accelerate a browser that isn't even released yet.

Funny but most of the world is more interested in DX11 than in browsers no one uses yet.

Oh well
