FUD Zilla writes AMD plans to launch a 3.2GHz Athlon II X3 450 processor in the third quarter of this year.
Only days after we have reported that AMD plans to launch the 3.1GHz Athlon II X3 445 with a 95W TDP, the company is getting ready to launch yet faster version of this CPU.

Three-core obviously has a future at AMD and the latest CPU from this list is Athlon II X3 450 that will work at 3.2GHz. The planned release is scheduled for Q3 2010. This CPU has 3x512KB L2 cache and it doesn’t have any L3 cache. It is based on the Rana 45nm triple core, fits the AM3 socket and supports DDR3 1333 memory.
