Ascully has reviewed the Speez Whisperock II CPU Cooler :
This cooler has taken pride of place in our test rig. It looks awesome it is almost silent. It performs great even with our Athlon XP 2200+ underneath it. The cooler has a $29.99 retail tag at this moment so it's also not going to break the bank. Being made of aluminum will also not break the clips on your motherboard 
They are pretty hard to find, but you can always reach Speeze through the website to get a list of outlets that sell them. A GREAT product and one I would highly recommend.
