Toshiba prepping two Tegra 2 based tablets

DigiTimes received word that Compal will manufacture two tablet PCs for Toshiba. These units are based on the NVIDIA Tegra 2 SoC and are scheduled to start shipping by the end of 2010 or early 2011, one device will run Android while the other will be based on Windows CE 7.
While one model supports Google's Android platform and a 10-inch display for the entry-level market, the second is based on Windows CE 7 and comes with dual displays. Both tablet PCs feature Nvidia's Tegra 2 processor.
