Posted on Monday, July 05 2010 @ 05:12:36 CEST by

TC Mag writes Buffalo Technology has launched a new flash drive with anti-virus software. This new USB 2.0 stick should be available in Japan by mid-July.
Buffalo Technology has today announced the RUF2-JVS series flash drives, its latest pocket-sized storage offering to come pre-loaded with Trend Micro's USB Security for Biz, a software that will prevent malicious software from being transferred onto the drive.

The new flash drives measure 21 (W) x 55 (H) x 9 (D) mm and weight 15 grams, have a capless design with a retractable USB (2.0/1.1) connector, and will be available in three colors - black, red and white, and multiple capacities (4, 8 & 16GB).
