RIM (Research in Motion) has made an agreement with AOL and Yahoo to provide instant messaging services to its BlackBerry.

The Yahoo instant messenger will be bundled with the BlackBerry as standard and AOL users will get mobile access to its instant messaging program and ICQ.
Mark Guibert, vice president of corporate marketing at RIM, said: "Through our relationship with Yahoo, BlackBerry users will enjoy another powerful communications option to keep them connected while away from their desk."
