Micron starts shipping 4GB DDR2 memory modules

Posted on Thursday, April 14 2005 @ 17:12:02 CEST by

Micron begun shipping world's first 4GB DDR2 memory module on Monday.

A spokeswoman for Crucial Technology, a module maker and division of Micron, could not be contacted for comment at press time.
