Toshiba launched the series MP3 players in Japan at the end of last year, gaining a 20% market share following the Apple iPod’s 30%, Grainnex pointed out. The company then debuted the products in Hong Kong early this year, taking close to 30% of the local MP3 player market, Grainnex indicated.Toshiba will launch these digital audio players in the Taiwanese market at the end of this month.
