Samsung developing 4GB 0.85-inch HDD

Samsung announced it will launch 0.85" hard disks in Fall with a storage capacity of 4GB. These kind of mini HDDs are used in consumer electronics devices such as portable media players, smartphones and PDAs.

A few months ago rival Toshiba released a 2GB 0.85" HDD and promised to deliver 4GB models soon.
