Posted on Friday, November 12 2010 @ 17:47:20 CET by

German tech site Computer Base received a picture of PowerColor's upcoming Radeon HD 6870 PCS+. This is a non-reference card with a better cooler and overclocked frequencies, it has a 940MHz core and 1GB GDDR5 clocked at 4400MHz, compared to 900MHz and 4200MHz, respectively, on the reference models. The cooler features three heatpipes and an aluminium fin array that is cooled by a 85mm fan. The card is expected to start shipping by the end of the month.
