Gigabyte prepared a lower-end Radeon HD 5670 graphics card that uses 1GB DDR3 memory instead of GDDR5 memory. The card is equipped with a dual-slot cooler with 80mm fan and there's no CrossFire support. Display outputs include VGA, DVI and HDMI. Exact price is unknown but this model should be a bit cheaper than regular Radeon HD 5670 graphics cards.
Taiwan-based Gigabyte Technology has chopped down some more Redwood and after intense carving, it finished up a new Radeon HD 5670 card, a crippled model dubbed GV-R567D3-1GI which instead of boasting GDDR5 memory @ 4000 MHz, it has 1GB of DDR3 VRAM set to 1600 MHz.
