Toshiba SSD does 510MB/s read and 90k IOPS

TweakTown spotted a new SSD from Toshiba at CES 2011. The MKxx01GRZB series is designed for enterprises, this SAS disk uses SLC NAND flash memory and is capable of delivering read speeds of up to 510MB/s, write speeds of up to 230MB/s and 90k IOPS.
The first shock of CES 2011 came today. At Storage Visions, Toshiba showed a new enterprise SSD that uses a Toshiba controller and Toshiba flash. The new MKxx01GRZB will be offered in 100, 200 and 400GB capacities and features enterprise SLC flash on a SAS interface.
