Koolance reveals 183.5CFM 120mm fan

Posted on Thursday, February 03 2011 @ 16:11:38 CET by

Koolance released the FAN-12038HBK-184, a new 120mm fan that reminds me of of Delta's good old high-CFM fans and Vantec's Tornado series. This new badboy delivers an airflow of 183.5CFM and a static pressure of 20.4mm-H2O. It's a real screamer though, the fan blades spin at 4000RPM and generate a noise level of up to 59dBA!

The company recommends to use a fan grill for safety and watch out with fan controllers because this 120mm fan draws a whopping 24W. You can buy it at Koolance's webshop for only $11.99.

Specifications:
  • Dimensions: 120x120x38mm
  • Type: Dual Ball-Bearing
  • Connector: 3-pin (3-wire with tachometer)
  • Rated Voltage: 12VDC
  • Current: 2.0A
  • Speed: 4000RPM (max)
  • Static Pressure: 20.4mm-H2O
  • Airflow: 183.5CFM (max)
  • Noise: 59.00dBA (max)
