MSI will soon release the Radeon HD 6950 Twin Frozr III Power Edition. This model has a custom-design PCB with enhanced VRM circuitry and is equipped with the Twin Frozr III, a cooling solution with nickel-plated copper heatpipes, a large aluminium fin array and two 80mm fans with a "propeller-design" that promises higher airflow at lower noise levels.

The reference model has a 800MHz core and 5000MHz memory but the Twin Frozr III Edition is equipped with a factory-overclocked 850MHz core and 2GB GDDR5 clocked at 5200MHz. Outputs include dual-DVI, 2x Mini-DisplayPort and HDMI. Pricing is expected to be around the 300EUR mark.
