Toshiba makes cross-licensing deal with Microsoft

A Toshiba spokeswoman announced a cross-licensing agreement with Microsoft regarding audio-visual and personal computers technology.

The goal of the agreement is to enhance efficiency in developing products by simplifying the process of getting licenses to use each other's technologies.

Toshiba denied to provide further information.
