ATI launches Radeon Xpress 200 for AMD Athlon 64 X2

ATI announced support for AMD's Athlon 64 X2 dual-core processor with its Radeon Xpress 200 chipset. The company says the Radeon Xpress 200 is built from the ground up with flexibility and scalability in mind, to offer full support for the AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual-core processors, lending itself to maximum end-user investment protection.

Additionally, ATI's recently launched dual-slot Radeon Xpress 200 CrossFire Edition platform supports both dual-GPU and dual-core configurations for unprecedented performance and blistering-fast visuals; making it the ideal solution for gaming and multimedia enthusiasts alike.
