AeroCool Strike-X X-1000 fan controller has five 25W channels

AeroCool shows off the Strike-X X-1000, an upcoming five-channel fan controller with two USB 3.0 ports and a headphone plus microphone port. Each channel can feed up to 25W and there are also five thermal probes included for an overheating alarm. The fan channels feature an analog knob that enables you to adjust the fan voltage from 5V to 12V, and it also enables you to cut off the power completely.

  • Fans can be turned off (0 RPM) completely
  • Safety fuse built in to prevent damage to PCB from over powering

  • The X-1000will ship in early-October, pricing is unknown.
