Together with the Never Settle gaming bundle, AMD also teases the Catalyst 12.11 driver. Several review sites received the driver for testing and it seems to be a real wonder driver, according to TPU, the driver delivers performance gains in every single game they tested, and even in synthetic benchmarks like 3DMark 11 and Unigine Heaven. The Radeon HD 7750 receives an average boost of 4 percent, the Radeon HD 7870 an amazing 10%, and the Radeon HD 7950/7970/7970 GHz get an average boost of 7 percent.

Battlefield 3, one of the most popular games of the year, receives an almost unbelievable performance boost, Hexus saw gains of up to 33.9 percent on the Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition when playing at 1080p resolution and 19.4 percent at 1600p!

The beta version will be published later today while the WHQL certified driver will follow in November.
