Intel issued the HD Graphics driver update 15.28.7.2867. This update adds support for Windows 8 and comes with OpenGL 4.0 and Ultra HD (4K resolution) support. On top of that, the driver also boosts performance in dozens of games. You can find the full changelog

High quality video playback of content up to 4096x2048 resolutions via hardware accelerated decoding.
