According to the report, AMD will not supply a reference design, and its AIB partners will be free to use existing Radeon HD 7900 series PCBs to craft their cards.
As was revealed by previous rumors, the Tahiti LE is basically a cut-down Radeon HD 7950 that will be launched as a Radeon HD 7800 series model, possibly as Radeon HD 7890.
Pricing of the "Tahiti LE" will be between the Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition and the Radeon HD 7950. The site also mentions that this will be a limited edition model, launched only in select markets.
