One of the new products Cooler Master has on display at CeBIT is a prototype of its Mech, a new mechanical gaming keyboard with an aluminium enclosure, a large handle on the left and also a big, somewhat oddly shaped wristrest.

The Mech keyboard uses Cherry MX mechanical switches, Cooler Master said it will provide different switches for each market, to better suit the needs of specific audiences. Other than that, the keyboard has blue LED-lgihting, a 32-bit 72MHz processor, and an integrated audio circuit (a sound card?).

Availability is unknown but pricing is said to be around 150EUR.
It connects via a USB 3.0 cable, which also powers the integrated 2-port hub. Audio jacks are also present on the board, which has a separate USB-connector to power the backlighting. The Mech has 5 macro keys, 64-key 'N-key' rollover and integrated media keys.
