Genius delivers the EasyPen F610E drawing tablet

Genius introduces the EasyPen F610E, a new pen tablet for painting and sketching. The device has a working area of 6.25" x 10" and has a 4000 lines per inch resolution. It's now available in the US and Canada for $119.99.
Genius today releases EasyPen F610E. This slim (.85 cm) graphics-design tablet with a large 6.25” x 10” working area gives you the creative freedom to express yourself. To make the most out of your pen tablet experience, the package is bundled with powerful but easy-to-use Corel Painter Essentials 4 making it easy to create, paint and edit photos on both Windows and Mac.

With a fine 4000 lines per inch (LPI) resolution and a responsive 200 report rates per second (RPS), EasyPen F610E features responsive and precise controls perfect for intricate drawings. The cordless pen is pressure sensitive with 2048 pressure levels, making brush strokes thicker or thinner depending on how hard the stylus is pressed, similar to traditional painting. Offering great value, the EasyPen F610E is comparable to more expensive graphics tablets.

The cordless stylus also doubles as a mouse. A left-click is achieved by simply pushing down on the stylus. Two buttons near the tip of the stylus serves as a right-click button and a scroll button.

Eight macro keys located on the right side of the tablet streamline the creative process. Customize the keys to your most used Office, Internet and Windows functions.

EasyPen F610E is bundled with the following software:
  • Corel Painter Essentials 4 – draw and paint from scratch as well as turn photos into stunning paintings.
  • Power Presenter RE II (Windows only) – Turn your screen into a Whiteboard/Blackboard with Microsoft PowerPoint. It’s just like working with a natural pen on paper.
  • Office Ink (Windows only) – Freehand and digital signature inking in Word, Excel or WordPad.
  • Free Note (Windows only) – A variety of writing tools for you to send colorful freehand drawings.
