TBREAK has reviewed the Gigabyte GA-8IHXP Motherboard :
One of the reasons that the 850E/RDRAM-1066 combo never really took off is the lack of availability of RDRAM-1066. The chipset has been available since the middle of the year and we have yet to see this high speed memory available anywhere locally. This may also be one of the reasons why some of the motherboard manufacturers have shied away from producing a board based on the 850E. Gigabyte isn’t one such manufacturer- in fact, they’re the first ones to use the 850E with the ICH4 Southbridge with their 8IHXP motherboard which is what we have for you today.
