New in Cooler Master's budget processor cooler roundup is the Hyper 103. The heatsink features three direct-touch 6mm diameter copper heatpipes and the aluminium fin array is cooled by a 92mm blue LED PWM fan that delivers up to 43.1CFM of airflow and a static pressure of up to 2.63 mm H2O at a noise level of 30dBA. The Hyper 103 measures 108mm x 89.5mm x 138.5mm and weighs 580g.

Cooler Master says this model will have a price similar to the TX3 EVO, which is currently sellling for around 20EUR.
The Cooler Master Hyper 103 is an affordable mainstream Heatsink delivering great cooling performance on all modern platforms thanks to the special fin design with Cooler Master exclusive X-Vent and Air-Guide technology that optimize air flow toward heatpipes. The Hyper 103’s 92mm PWM fan features a wide fan speed range and can be fine tuned for maximum airflow and cooling performance or silent operation. The low profile tower heatsink is a great match for small form factor system.
