MSN Messenger 7.5 beta and download

Beta testers just got the chance to test the beta of MSN Messenger 7.5 build 160 and one of them already leaked it to the masses.

The biggest changes in this release are the addition of Dynamic Backgrounds, a connection trouble shooter and Voice Clip, which will be similar to the custom sounds feature in MSN Plus.

Update: the final version can be downloaded here.

I haven't tested this version yet, if you do please leave a comment and tell us if you like version 7.5.

hello i am having problems signing into MSN7.5 beta, i can sign in to MSN 7.0 with no problem at all ,I have tried several times to sign in to Msn 7.5 beta but have failed ,i have downloaded it but as soon as i hit the sign in button it shuts me out saying try again later ,hope you can help me get into MSN messenger 7.5 beta thanks regards Roy.

Roy, sorry but I don't know how you can solve this problem.

MSN 7.5 is still beta and beta versions are aimed at beta testers and not at the general public. Bugs like the one you describe are pretty common for beta versions.

i have used the 7.5 beta and find that the voice record is quite useful. But still the version slows down the computer.

msn 7.5 is so stupid I can't even sign in and no matter what I do the idiots who programmed it have really messed up-I haven't been the only person for this to happen to either, wish I'd waited for a bit-stupid msn......f.k..n.th..ng..

msn wont install

i had msn messenger 7.5 then the folder got deleted from program files so everytime i went on add and remove programs its still there but i cant get on it because the msn messenger folder has be deleted and i have downloaded it again and it will not install it keeps sayin it has failed with the error code 1635 go to msn website and download the latest version and i downloaded windows live messenger which is crap so i uninstalled that and i want to install msn messeneger 7.5 again and i cant cause it keep comin up with that error 1635 thing its pi*sin me off someone plz help
