Patriot SuperSonic Boost XT USB 3.0 now also in 256GB edition

Patriot Memory expands its SuperSonic Boost XT USB 3.0 flash drive lineup with a 256GB model. This new version offers read speeds of up to 150MB/s but unfortunately the write speed is capped at 30MB/s. Pricing is unknown.

It measures 59.7 x 12.2 x 19.8 mm (WxDxH), weighing 13 g.
