AMD Catalyst 13.11 Beta 8 fixes BF4 crashing issues

If you've only just installed the Catalyst 13.11 Beta 7 driver it's time to update once again as AMD has issued the Catalyst 13.11 Beta 8 driver.

This small update fixes crashing issues with Battlefield 4 on Windows 8 systems.
