ViewSonic broadened its line of quality displays with the introduction of four new models to its VA Series of LCD displays. For prices as low as $239, the 17-inch VA702b and VA712b team with the 19-inch VA902b and VA912b to provide users with high-end features, such as 1280x1024 native resolutions, in a stylish black bezel design.

Targeted at the cost conscious enterprise and system integrator market, the VA Series delivers on ViewSonic's award-winning heritage through an ultra-slim bezel, rich colors, pinpoint sharpness and crisp images. ClearMotiv video response times as fast as 8 milliseconds enable smooth, broadcast-quality, full-motion video, while the OptiSync technology--integrated on the VA712b and VA912b--supports multiple inputs, including direct DVI signals for optimum source-to-display synchronization. By combining VESA wall mounts with AutoTune and OSD power lock/unlock features, the displays are designed to conserve desk space and maximize the viewing experience.

"The VA Series raises the bar for entry-level LCD displays," said Jeff Volpe, vice president of marketing, ViewSonic Corp. "By introducing affordable LCDs with features typically associated with more expensive, high-end displays, ViewSonic is making it possible for IT decision-makers and end users to enjoy the latest in display technology, while maintaining their budgets."
