PhotoMath instantly solves math problems via your smartphone

Microblink created a new free app called PhotoMath, this tool reads and solves mathematical expressions by using the camera of your smartphone. The app instantly calculates the result an shows "human like" solving steps to help you learn how to solve math problems.

PhotoMath supports arithmetic expressions, fractions and decimals, powers and roots and simple linear equations. More features will be added in the future.

At present it's only available for iOS and Windows Phone but an Android version should follow in early 2015. You can view a video demonstration below:
