The optical storage market is filled with many reputable brand names that offer an abundance of features combined with fast writing speeds. For most consumers an optical drive is a very cost effective investment since it provides so many advantages in terms being a cheap storage alternative. The popularity of audio applications as well as the price of CDR Media has confirmed that optical drives are mandatory for most computer systems.
