Google is announcing a new type of CAPTCHA that promises to be tough on bots while being very easy on humans. The new technology gets rid of hard to read numbers and letters and features a simply check box that asks whether you're a robot or not.

Google claims its algorithm can detect humans based on the way you interact with the check box. Only in the case of uncertainty will you be prompted to enter a traditional CAPTCHA.
