Samsung launches sleek YP-T8 portable Media Player

Samsung has presented the YP-T8, which is a pretty small flash-based portable media player that will be available later this month.

It has a crystal clear 1.8-inch LCD display and supports MPEG movies, JPG photos and MP3, WMA, WMA-DRM, OGG and ASF audio files.

The YP-T8 measures 3.3 x 1.7 x 0.6 inches and weights 2 ounce. A 512MB, 1GB and 2GB model will available for respectively $199.99, $249.99 and $299.99.

The also features USB host connectivity which will enable you to transfer files from other MP3 players to your device without the aid of a PC. Additionally it also includes an FM tuner and a recorder feature. It has a built-in Li-Ion battery which will provide 20 hours of playback.
