AMD-supplied Radeon R9 Fury X benchmarks leak

Looks like the folks from PC World were confused by the NDA dates of AMD's new graphics cards and accidentally published a bit too much information.

Below is a slide supplied by AMD that shows the performance of its Radeon R9 Fury X and that of the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti. These benchmarks were done at a 4K resolution in games hand-picked by AMD, so take it with a grain of salt but the main gist here is that this means the Fury X will primarily compete against the 980 Ti and not against the Titan X.

AMD picked benchmarks in which the Fury X outperformed the 980 Ti. There's an occasional outlier such as Sleeping Dogs with a difference of around 10fps but in most benchmarks the out-performance is limited to a couple of frames per second.
