Last week Matrox announced the Matrox Millennium G550 Low-Profile PCI Express graphics card aimed at providing small form-factor systems with 2D functionality and high-quality 2D graphics.

“The Matrox Millennium G550 LP PCIe’s low-profile design adds versatility to the popular Millennium G550 Series product line as it's able to accommodate a wide variety of PCI Express systems. In addition, its distinctive PCIe x1 design is ideally suited for systems with no available PCIe x16 slot,” said Jean-Levy Beaudoin, business development manager, Matrox Graphics.

The Low-Profile PCIe Millenium G550 will be available soon for $169. More info at X-bit Labs
