ChipWorks reveals die images of AMD Fiji GPU

ChipWorks is working on an analysis report detailing AMD's Fury X (Fiji) GPU with High Bandwidth Memory and has released some documentation including a die shot of the Fiji chip. AMD and NVIDIA no longer share these shots so we have to rely on third-parties like ChipWorks to get this information. You can find the shots over here (PDF).
