Microsoft to announce Xbox 360 price, launch date on August 17?

Appearantly Microsoft will announce the price and launch date of the Xbox 360 on August 17 at 9:30 A.M. EST.

The price of the Xbox 360 console is still not certain. Some reports talk about $299 but recently after Sony disclosed the PlayStation 3 will be quite expensive some reports believe the Xbox 360 may hit $349 or even $400.

There's still lots of speculation but hopefully we'll know the details on Wednesday.
