EVGA stars selling its GeForce GTX 980 Ti VR Edition

EVGA announces the availability of its GeForce GTX 980 Ti VR Edition. These cards are designed for new virtual reality PC builds, they come with a 5.25" device that offers one front HDMI 2.0 port and two USB 3.0 ports. Additionally, the cards are equipped with an internal HDMI 2.0 port to connect to the 5.25" device.

The regular models costs $699.99 and is available immediately from EVGA's website. There will also be a version with the ACX 2.0+ cooler, the pricing and availability of this model is still unknown. Both cards use the stock clockspeeds.

The graphics card also has an internal HDMI connector, meaning no external cables will be visible.
