A
Windows 3.x showcase has been posted over at Archive.org. This repository enables you to check out what is was like to use Windows 3.11 and it also features lots of shareware, including a bunch of games. There's no need to install anything, it runs natively in your browser.
If you have more spare time to kill, you can also check out the
MS-DOS Games library. It features over 2,600 old DOS games, all playable in your browser. Alternatively, there's also this
huge software library with over 37,000 playable software titles rom multiple computer platforms.
