If the data is accurate, the first "quality samples" will be ready in October, with ship-start dates of December 2016 for the quad-cores and February 2017 for the dual-core versions. This implies the quad-core Kaby Lake processors will arrive in January, whereas the dual-core models are expected to follow later in Q1 2017.
This is in-line with previous rumors, which pointed to a CES 2017 announcement for Intel's Kaby Lake processors. Mobile versions of Kaby Lake are expected earlier, the U- and Y-series for laptops and tablets are expected to be revealed at IFA in September.
