The latest OpenCL driver for AMD video cards contains a number of interesting references:
SI: TAHITI
CI / GFX7: MILOS, KRYPTOS, HAWAII, NEVIS, PENNAR, BONAIRE, Kabini
VI / GFX8: ICELAND, TONGA, CARRIZO, BERMUDA, racerx, FIJI
GFX81: AMUR, STONEY, ELLESMERE, DERECHO
GFX9: GREENLAND, RAVEN1X, VEGA10, VEGA11
The last line with the GFX9 codenames features yet-to-be-released GPU architectures, it contains "Greenland", "Raven1X", "Vega10" and "Vega11".

There's still a bit of a mystery about what Greenland is, some earlier rumors claimed it was just another codename for Vega10, but since it's listed separately, it appears to be something else entirely. Several months ago a LinkedIn profile of an AMD manager revealed that Project Greenland has 4096 shader processors.

Raven1X is likely the integrated graphics solution of Raven Ridge, the first Zen-based APU.

Vega is AMD's next high-end GPU lineup and will feature parts with HBM2. Presumably, Vega 10 features HBM2 but perhaps Vega11 uses the cheaper GDDR5X instead. It's still too early to tell.
