A bunch of slides that detail the features of the XFX Radeon RX 480 Black Edition and its 3DMark performance can be found at VideoCardz. This model has a 1338MHz Boost clockspeed and features a single 8-pin PCIe power connector and 6+2 phase power delivery.

The card features a dual-fan cooling solution and is equipped with "fan stop" to turn off the fans when GPU load is low. Performance-wise, XFX promises something slightly slower than a GeForce GTX 980, and somewhat faster than a GeForce GTX 1080 if you CrossFire the card.

Pricing and availability remains a mystery.
