This is nearly 6mins worth of footage of Quake 4 in action from QuakeCon. This is one of the DM maps that Raven had on display and this is one of the better Quake 4 players spotted at QuakeCon. This video gives you a great view of how Quake 4 plays and the speed at which the game moves. You can watch it over here.
