Some data leaked about the Intel Atom C3955, an upcoming 16-core "Denverton" processor that seems to run at 2.1GHz. It has 16MB L2 cache, so 1MB L2 cache per core, and will have a fairly low TDP as this part is designed for NAS and other server applications. This is probably one of the fastest chips in the Denverton lineup.

Serve the Home found some SiSoft Sandra 2015 results of the 16-core Atom C3955 and compared the results with other chips to get a sense of how it scores. The site also notes that this 16-core chip is likely delayed a couple of months due to the clock issue with the Intel Atom C2000 series.
